Text
The requirements of sections 208.450 * to 208.480 shall apply only as long as the revenues generated under section 208.453 are eligible for federal financial participation and payments are made pursuant to the provisions of section 208.471 . For the purposes of this section, "federal financial participation" is the federal government's share of Missouri's expenditures under the Medicaid program.
