Text
1.The division may deposit funds into an account on behalf of children whose custodial parent is a participant in the program authorized pursuant to the provisions of sections 208.400 to 208.425 , and whose noncustodial parent is participating in a state job training and adult educational program approved by the family support division. If agreed upon by the parties, funds may also be deposited for this purpose when the noncustodial parent terminates participation in the job training or educational program, until the custodial parent completes participation in the program authorized pursuant to the provisions of sections 208.400 to 208.425 .
