1.The Missouri Medicaid audit and compliance unit within the department of social services may require that fingerprint submissions be made as part of an application seeking to be licensed as a MO HealthNet provider for the purpose of providing MO HealthNet services to eligible persons and obtaining from the department of social services or its divisions reimbursement for eligible services.
2.If the Missouri Medicaid audit and compliance unit within the department of social services requires that fingerprint submissions be made as part of such application, the Missouri Medicaid audit and compliance unit within the department of social services shall require applicants to submit the fingerprints to the Missouri state highway patrol for the purpose of conducting a state and federal fing
