Text
1.In addition to benefit payments for medical assistance which may be made on behalf of those eligible needy persons under this chapter, benefit payments may be made for inpatient psychiatric hospital services for individuals under age twenty-one, as defined in Title XIX of the Federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.A. section 1396d) as amended, to the extent and in the manner provided for other types of medical assistance under this chapter.
2.Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter for benefit payments for medical assistance which may be made for nursing home services to recipients eighteen years of age or older, benefit payments for medical assistance may be made for nursing home services for recipients of any age except as otherwise provided in Title XIX of the Federal
