Text

1.In households containing recipients of aid to families with dependent children benefits, each appropriate child, relative or other eligible individual sixteen years of age or over shall be referred by the family support division to the United States Secretary of Labor or his or her representative for participation in employment, training, work incentive or special work projects when established and operated by the secretary, to afford such individuals opportunities to work in the regular economy and to attain independence through gainful employment.
