Text

1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (2) of section 208.050 , the provisions of section 208.040 shall also apply to a needy child who has been deprived of parental support or care by reason of the unemployment of a parent as such term "unemployment" is defined and determined by the family support division under applicable federal law and regulations.  The unemployed parent, for whose child or children benefits may be received, is eligible for payments and under this section must:

(1)Be physically present in Missouri, living in the home with the child or children, actively seeking employment, and complying with requirements made by the family support division under applicable state and federal requirements for registration with the United States Secretary of Labor or his or
