Text
1.The commissioners of the county commission shall during their term of office serve as commissioners of health and welfare of their respective counties and shall have charge and control of all county hospitals, clinics, health centers, institutions for the insane and all county corrective, welfare and eleemosynary institutions except the county jail and the place of detention used by the juvenile court.
2.Said commissioners shall have supervision of the rehabilitation of all state prisoners in the county jail after conviction and sentence thereto, subject to the approval of the county sheriff.
3.They shall perform investigational case work, excepting that relating to adoption, probation and detention of juveniles, in all cases involving the distribution and expenditure of any coun
