Text
1.The secretary may or may not be a member of the board and shall draw such salary as the trustees shall agree upon. He shall keep a record of all the proceedings of said board which shall be open at all times to public scrutiny. The secretary shall keep a record of all money or property received from all sources and of all expenditures therefrom, also a complete record of all patients treated therein.
2.The treasurer shall receive an annual salary of one dollar.
