Text

1.The nursing facility reimbursement allowance owed or, if an offset has been requested, the balance, if any, after such offset, shall be remitted by the nursing facility to the department of social services.  The remittance shall be made payable to the director of the department of revenue.  The amount remitted shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the "Nursing Facility Reimbursement Allowance Fund", which is hereby created for the sole purposes of providing payment to nursing facilities and disbursing up to five percent of the federal funds deposited to the nursing facility reimbursement allowance fund each year, not to exceed one million five hundred thousand dollars, to the credit of the nursing facility quality of care fund, subject to appropriation.  The "Nursin
