Text
The order determining and declaring results of the election shall be entered upon the records of the commission and a certified copy thereof shall be filed with the county clerk of each other county in which the proposed district lies who shall cause the same to be spread upon the records of the county commission. If the order shows that the question to organize the district received a majority of the votes cast, the order shall declare the district organized.
