Text
If the territory, petition and proceedings meet the requirements of sections 198.200 to 198.350 , the commissioners of the county commission shall in and by the order finding and determining the sufficiency of the petition and that the territory meets the requirements of sections 198.200 to 198.350 * order the question to be submitted to the voters of the proposed district.
