Text
For any residential care facility, assisted living facility, intermediate care facility or skilled nursing facility, if the department of health and senior services maintains records of site inspections and violations of statutes, rules, or the terms or conditions of any license issued to such facility, the department shall also maintain records of compliance with such statutes, rules, or terms or conditions of any license, and shall specifically record in such records any actions taken by the facility that are above and beyond what is minimally required for compliance.
