Text
The authority to promulgate regulations for the efficient enforcement of this chapter and chapter 579 is hereby vested in the director of the department of health and senior services subject to the provisions of subsection 1 of section 195.030 and chapter 536 . The director of the department of health and senior services is hereby authorized to make regulations promulgated under this chapter conform with those promulgated under the federal Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970.
