Text

1.  The "Department of Health and Senior Services Document Services Fund" is hereby created.  All funds received by the department of health and senior services from the fees charged for reports, studies, records and other publications and documents including data tapes and audiovisual products produced or reproduced by the department shall be credited to the fund.  The director of the department shall administer the fund.  The state treasurer is the custodian of the fund and shall approve disbursements from the fund requested by the director of the department.  When appropriated by the general assembly, moneys from the fund shall be used to pay costs, including personnel costs, as follows:

(1)To pay costs associated with the collection, processing, storage, and access to documents and
