Text
If an eligible adult does not consent to the receipt of reasonable and necessary protective services, or if an eligible adult withdraws previously given consent, the protective services shall not be provided or continued; except that, if the director has reasonable cause to believe that the eligible adult lacks the capacity to consent, the director may seek a court order pursuant to the provisions of section 192.2460 .
