Text
The department of health and senior services shall be empowered and authorized to conduct a complete survey of all of the hospitals, both public and private, and all health centers and units in the state, and to make a public report of such survey and findings, and recommending a state plan for the construction of such additional hospital and health center facilities as may be deemed advisable by the department of health and senior services after consultation with the state board of health and senior services.
