Text

The department shall have the authority to promulgate rules pursuant to this section and chapter 536 in order to carry out the provisions of sections 192.2200 to 192.2260 .  No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of * sections 192.2200 to 192.2260 shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024 .
