Text
1.Any person aggrieved by an official action of the department either refusing to issue a license or revoking a license may seek a determination thereon by the administrative hearing commission pursuant to the provisions of section 621.045 ; except that, the petition must be filed with the administrative hearing commission within thirty calendar days after the delivery of notice to the applicant for or holder of such license or certificate. When the notification of the official action is mailed to the applicant for or holder of such a license, there shall be included in the notice a statement of the procedure whereby the applicant for or holder of such license may appeal the decision of the department before the administrative hearing commission.
