Text
The department of health and senior services shall take cognizance of any contagious diseases which may be prevalent among domestic animals of the state which diseases may be communicable to human beings; shall ascertain the nature and causes of such diseases; publish the results of its investigations, with suggestions for the proper safeguards and treatment of such animals.
