Text
1.The department shall submit a grant application to the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as prescribed by the secretary to obtain federal funds to finance the Missouri state loan repayment program.
2.Sections 191.600 to 191.615 shall not be construed to require the department to enter into contracts with individuals who qualify for the Missouri state loan repayment program when federal and state funds are not available for such purpose.
