Text
1. The department of health and senior services shall enter into a contract with each individual qualifying for a forgivable loan under sections 191.430 to 191.450 . The written contract between the department and the individual shall contain, but not be limited to, the following:
(1)An agreement that the state agrees to award a loan and the individual agrees to serve for a period equal to two years, or a longer period as the individual may agree to, in an area of defined need as designated by the department, with such service period to begin on the date identified on the signed contract;
(2)A provision that any financial obligations arising out of a contract entered into and any obligation of the individual that is conditioned thereon is contingent upon funds being appropriated fo
