Text

1.  Upon receipt of federal funding in accordance with subsection 4 of this section, there is hereby established within the department of health and senior services the "Women's Heart Health Program" to provide heart disease risk screening to uninsured and underinsured women. 2.  The following women shall be eligible for program services:

(1)Women between the ages of thirty-five and sixty-four years;
(2)Women who are receiving breast and cervical cancer screenings under the Missouri show me healthy women program;
(3)Women who are uninsured or whose insurance does not provide coverage for heart disease risk screenings; and
(4)Women with a gross family income at or below two hundred percent of the federal poverty level. 3.  The department shall contract with health care provide
