Text
It shall not be considered an unlawful practice of medicine pursuant to chapter 334 or a violation of any provision of chapter 335 for an employee of a certified end-stage renal disease facility who has been appropriately trained in the dialysis techniques to initiate dialysis within a certified end-stage renal disease facility under the supervision of a licensed physician or a registered nurse as those terms are defined by law.
