Text

1.  Any facility that receives reimbursement from the fund shall:

(1)Provide reports on individual veterans and groups of veterans to the commission on measured health improvements from accepted and approved cognitive testing protocols, brain imaging, or other medical assessments approved by the industry, the United States Food and Drug Administration, the United States Department of Defense, Tricare, or the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services conducted before and after therapy; and
(2)Submit an annual report to the commission with the following information:
(a)The number of veterans who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the facility;
(b)The demographics of the veterans who received hyperbaric oxygen therapy at the facility;
(c)The number of actual hyperbaric oxyg
