Text
1.Any taxpayer of this state or its political subdivisions shall have standing to bring a cause of action in any court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of sections 188.200 to 188.215 .
2.The attorney general is authorized to bring a cause of action in any court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of sections 188.200 to 188.215 .
3.In any action to enforce the provisions of sections 188.200 to 188.215 by a taxpayer or the attorney general, a court of competent jurisdiction may order injunctive or other equitable relief, recovery of damages or other legal remedies, or both, as well as payment of reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and expenses of the taxpayer or the state.
