Text

1.Except as otherwise provided in subsections 2 and 3 of this section, on the effective date of the creation of an urban public library district pursuant to sections 182.701 to 182.723 , all right, title and interest of a nine-director urban school district in and to all real property and improvements thereon used for public library purposes or thereafter acquired for public library purposes shall be transferred to and vested in the urban public library district the boundaries of which coincide with those of the nine director urban school district.
