Text

1.The board of trustees of the consolidated public library district shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations governing the terms and privileges for the use of the library and its facilities and shall cause the same to be published, with amendments, and filed with the clerk of each county served by the consolidated public library district and shall have on file a copy thereof in all library facilities open to the public.
2.If any person or corporation using the facilities of the consolidated public library district shall violate any of the published rules or regulations adopted by the board, the board or the librarian of the consolidated public library district may suspend that person's or corporation's library privileges either temporarily or permanently, as the consolidated publi
