Text
Nothing in sections 173.775 to 173.796 shall be construed as a promise or guarantee by the coordinating board for higher education, or the state of Missouri that a person will be admitted to a state institution of higher education or to a particular state institution of higher education, will be allowed to continue to attend an institution of higher education after having been admitted, or will be graduated from an institution of higher education.
