Beginning in the 2020-21 school year, and continuing on an annual basis thereafter, each public institution of higher education shall publish a report measuring compliance with the standards promulgated by the International Association of Counseling Services, Inc., relating to mental health services provided on college campuses.  The report shall include a measure of the institution's ability to adequately meet student mental health needs.  All reports required by this section shall be made available to the public.
