Text
Upon the issuance and deposit of the certificates of indebtedness specified by section 172.611 in the state treasury, the state treasurer shall cancel all certificates of indebtedness of the state of Missouri to the seminary fund heretofore issued, which are then in his possession and any and all certificates of indebtedness heretofore issued under any law of this state to the seminary fund shall thereupon become void and of no effect.
