Text
The military government and discipline of the cadets shall be prescribed by regulations prepared by the faculty of the university and approved by the governor of the state. The officers of the corps of cadets shall be appointed and commissioned by the governor of the state upon the recommendations of the faculty of the university, and shall have the powers conferred by said regulations.
