Text
It shall be the duty of the secretary to keep and preserve all records, books and papers belonging to the board; to prepare, under the direction of the board, all their reports, estimates, etc., and generally to do and execute all such matters and things as belong to his office and may be required of him by the curators; and his compensation shall be fixed by the board.
