Text

1.Before the first of July of each year, the board of trustees shall certify to each employer the amounts which will become due and payable from each during the school year next following to the general reserve fund.  The amount so certified shall be appropriated by each employer's board by a resolution explicitly directing the appropriate officials to pay the same, not later than July twenty-fifth of each year and transferred to the retirement system on or before December thirty-first of the same year.
2.Effective January 1, 2019, each employer shall transfer its employer contributions to the retirement system promptly following the end of each payroll period at the time the employer transfers member contributions.
