Text

A director of personnel may be appointed by the superintendent of schools subject to the approval of the board of education of the metropolitan school district.  The director of personnel shall be a member of a personnel committee representing certificated and noncertificated employees, the committee to be appointed in the manner that the rules of the board of education provide.
