1.A pupil may attend a summer school program in a public school district other than his district of residence if accepted by the district offering the program. Such summer programs may be advanced, academic or remedial programs but shall not include those programs funded wholly by federal moneys. No pupil shall attend summer school classes in more than one district during any one summer.
2.For purposes of funding summer school programs, each district shall either consider all nonresident students residents for purposes of receiving state aid or consider all nonresident students nonresidents for purposes of collecting tuition.
