Text

1.Public high schools may, in cooperation with Missouri public two-year colleges and public or private four-year colleges and universities, offer postsecondary course options to high school students.  A postsecondary course option allows eligible students to attend vocational or academic classes on a college or university campus and receive both high school and college credit upon successful completion of the course.
2.For purposes of state aid, the pupil's resident district shall continue to count the pupil in the average daily attendance of such resident district for any time the student is attending a postsecondary course.
3.Any pupil enrolled in a two-year college under a postsecondary course option shall be considered a resident student for the purposes of calculating state ai
