Text
1.Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, or chapter 610 , to the contrary, the juvenile officer or an employee of the children's division shall notify the superintendent of the school district in which the child is enrolled, or the superintendent's designee, upon request by the superintendent or designee regarding such child, when a case is active regarding the child.
2.The notification shall be made orally or in writing, in a timely manner, no later than five days following the request by the superintendent or designee. If the report is made orally, written notice shall follow in a timely manner. The notification shall include a complete description of the case involving the pupil, the conduct the child is alleged to have committed, if any, and the dates the conduct
