Text
1.Between June fifteenth and June thirtieth each year the secretary of each school district shall make a report to the state department of elementary and secondary education which shall contain all necessary data for calculating the amounts of state support which each district is to receive for the following school year. Reports shall be forwarded to the state board of education on or before July fifteenth. Any district secretary, superintendent or teacher who knowingly furnishes any false information in the reports, or neglects or refuses to make the reports, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
