Text

1.  The board of education of each school district and the governing board of each charter school shall adopt a comprehensive emergency operations plan that shall address:

(1)School safety, crises, and emergency operations;
(2)Prevention, preparation, operations, and follow-up;
(3)Collaboration with local law enforcement, providers of fire protection services, and emergency management; and
