Text

1.  A charter school shall enroll:

(1)All pupils resident in the district in which it operates;
(2)Nonresident pupils eligible to attend a district's school under an urban voluntary transfer program;
(3)Nonresident pupils who transfer from an unaccredited district under section 167.895 , provided that the charter school is an approved charter school, as defined in section 167.895 , and subject to all other provisions of section 167.895 ;
(4)In the case of a charter school whose mission includes student drop-out prevention or recovery, any nonresident pupil from the same or an adjacent county who resides in a residential care facility, a transitional living group home, or an independent living program whose last school of enrollment is in the school district where the charter sc
