Text
Applications for licenses shall be sworn to, shall disclose the names and residences of the owners, or persons in whose interest such business is conducted, to be kept on file by the state director of revenue, and a record shall be kept by him of all licenses issued upon such applications. All files and records of the state director of revenue shall be in convenient form and open for public inspection.
