Text
The director shall prescribe and publish all needful rules and regulations for the enforcement of sections 148.120 to 148.230 pursuant to chapter 536 and section 148.700 . Insofar as feasible, as may be determined by the director, such rules and regulations shall be consistent with the rules and regulations prescribed by the commissioner of internal revenue for the enforcement of the income tax chapter of the internal revenue code. The director of finance shall make available to the director upon his request any report filed by any credit institution subject to the tax imposed by sections 148.120 to 148.230 , and said director shall be under the same obligation as to secrecy with respect thereto as is imposed upon the director of finance by law.
