Text
Except as otherwise provided under Missouri law, all board meetings shall be open to the public and the board shall cause minutes and a record to be kept of all its proceedings. The land bank agency shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 610 , chapter 109 , and any other applicable provisions of law governing public records and public meetings.
