Text
Any suit brought under sections 141.210 to 141.810 to foreclose the lien of general and special taxes which become delinquent prior to January 1, 1984, must be brought prior to the expiration of five years after such taxes shall have become delinquent. Any suit brought under sections 141.210 to 141.810 to foreclose the lien of general and special taxes which become delinquent subsequent to December 31, 1984, must be brought prior to the expiration of three years after such general and special taxes shall have become delinquent.
