Text
1.All regular sessions of the commission shall be held at the office of the commission in Jefferson City. The commission may from time to time at its discretion hold meetings for the accommodation of the public at other places in the state and may incur obligations in respect to necessary rental of space and equipment therefor.
2.The commission, members and agents thereof, or any duly authorized representative, shall have access to all books, papers, documents, statements and accounts on file, or of record, in any of the departments of state, subject to all reasonable rules and regulations of the respective departments relative to the care of public records, and to all books, papers, documents, statements, and accounts on file, or of record, in counties, townships, districts and muni
