Text

As used in sections 115.275 to 115.304 , unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following terms shall mean:

(1)"Absentee ballot" , any ballot a person is authorized to cast in the office of the election authority, by mail, or at another authorized location designated by the election authority pursuant to the provisions of sections 115.275 to 115.304 ;
(2)"Covered voter" :
(a)A uniformed services voter who is registered to vote in this state;
(b)A uniformed services voter defined in this section whose voting residence is in this state and who otherwise satisfies this state's voter eligibility requirements;
(c)An overseas voter;
(d)Civilian employees of the United States government working outside the boundaries of the United States, and their spouses and depende
