Text

The state treasurer, with the approval of the board of fund commissioners, is authorized to deposit all of the moneys in the third state building bond interest and sinking fund in the manner now or hereafter provided in section 30.260 . Interest received on such deposits shall be credited to the third state building bond interest and sinking fund.
