Text

1.The county commission, county legislative body or combination of counties issuing bonds under the provisions of sections 108.450 to 108.470 shall prescribe the form, details and incidents of the bonds, and shall make such covenants as in its judgment are advisable or necessary to properly secure the payment thereof; but the form, details, incidents, and covenants shall not be inconsistent with any of the provisions of sections 108.450 to 108.470 .  The county commission, county legislative body or combination of counties may prescribe more restrictive or additional criteria for mortgages qualifying for the purposes specified in section 108.450 , and the restrictions and criteria established in the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, as presently existing or as hereafter amended,
