Text

1.When the last day of filing any report, statement or other document required to be filed with the commission pursuant to the provisions of this chapter or chapter 130 falls on a Saturday or Sunday or on an official state holiday, the deadline for filing is extended to 5:00 p.m. on the next day which is not a Saturday or Sunday or official holiday.
2.The provisions of subsection 1 of this section shall not apply to any report or disclosure required to be filed less than eight days prior to an election when such report or disclosure contains information relating to such election.
3.The provisions of this section shall also apply to any report, statement or other document required to be filed with an appropriate officer, other than the ethics commission, as indicated pursuant to the
