Text
1.Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, if the spouse of any full-time employee of a public institution of higher education incurs out-of-state travel costs that are paid for or reimbursed by such institution, then such employee shall be required to file a quarterly travel report with the Missouri ethics commission listing the date or dates, location, purpose, and the full cost of any out-of-state travel made by such employee's spouse. Such costs shall include, but not be limited to, any transportation costs, lodging costs, and meal expenses that are paid for or reimbursed by the public institution.
